Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about our buildings, process, and service area

We focus on practical standard building options first, including steel-framed structures, carports, shell systems, and related installation paths. These answers are here to help you understand the process before requesting a quote.

What types of buildings do you offer?

We offer practical small building options including garages, sheds, carports, RV covers, backyard offices, studios, and small accessory structures. Our focus is on efficient layouts that help simplify planning, budgeting, and installation.

Do you offer standard or in-stock designs?

Yes. We aim to start customers with standard or preplanned building options whenever possible because they can help reduce design time, improve cost clarity, and create a faster path to quoting and planning.

What is the difference between a frame kit and a shell kit?

A frame kit focuses on the structural framing package. A shell kit is a more complete exterior package that typically moves the project further along the path toward a finished exterior structure. The best fit depends on your project goals, budget, and timeline.

Do you offer installation?

Yes. We offer options that may include frame installation and shell installation on-site, depending on project type, location, scheduling, and site conditions.

Do you build with steel framing?

Yes. Steel framing is a core part of our standard building approach because it supports practical, durable, and scalable building options across a range of project types.

Is exterior insulation included?

Exterior insulation is part of our standard build approach. Specific materials and build details can vary based on project type, intended use, and site considerations.

Do you offer carports and RV covers?

Yes. We offer carports, RV covers, and other covered structure options designed for practical protection and everyday use, including layouts for residential and larger vehicle coverage needs.

Do you deliver and install on-site?

We currently offer delivery and on-site installation within approximately a 180-mile service radius. This is from the Harlingen, Texas area up to San Antonio, TX. Before installation is confirmed, each project goes through an assessment to review site access, lot setbacks, easements, and foundation expectations. For customers outside this area, projects may still move forward using a third-party delivery service depending on the structure and destination.

Do you offer custom projects?

Yes, but custom work is typically a later-step option. We generally recommend starting with a standard or preplanned layout first because it can save time and reduce unnecessary design costs. If a standard design is not the right fit, custom sizing and design adjustments can be discussed.

How do I start a quote?

The best way to start is through the Quote page. From there, we can learn what type of structure you need, whether you are looking for a frame kit, frame installation, shell kit, shell installation, carport, or a more customized project path.
